Mission
The association is guided by transparency, responsibility and respect for every homeowner: clear communication, consistent standards, and decisions residents can follow.
The building
A turquoise and white tower on Terramar Street, signed Birch Tower on the facade, with a sun deck on the roof, a pool, shuffleboard courts and breeze-block screen walls that have been there since it was built.
How it is run
Day to day operations run through a property manager working with the board. Questions get a person on the phone, not a queue. The manager is Willie Henderson, and the office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday through friday.

The script lettering on the turquoise panel is the building's own, and it is how residents and visitors find the door.
